IDEMIA’s management is committed to safeguarding employees’ health and safety, both at their place of work and in the course of business travel, and IDEMIA focuses on embedding a strong culture of prevention, ensuring the clear definition and communication of health and safety responsibilities for all through the Health & Safety Manual.

IDEMIA delivers to its employees a worldwide system of protection. A dedicated Travel Risk Officer ensures that all countries employees are required to visit grant a minimum level of security. If necessary, the Travel Risk Officer conducts on-site checks and organizes dedicated local security staff.
Per its UN Global Compact pledge, IDEMIA respects labor rights: upholding the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, the elimination of forced and compulsory labor, the abolition of child labor, non-discrimination in employment and occupation.

Hundreds of improvement actions have been generated from the feedback of this annual survey.
