Newly opened IDEMIA Skilling Center helps students transform their lives

IDEMIA impacts communities not only through our technologies that make the world more equitable, secure, and better connected; but also, by forming close relationships with local communities as an employer and corporate citizen. With over one-third of our global workforce (5,000+ employees) based in India, IDEMIA has a deep-rooted commitment to the country.

In November 2022, IDEMIA inaugurated the IDEMIA Skilling Center in Noida, India with the goal of equipping marginalized women and youth with employable and bankable skills. Education has the power to change lives—a fact exemplified by the remarkable achievements of its first graduating class. An impressive 96% of the students have successfully secured jobs with industry benchmark salaries, meaning most will now become the highest earner in their families. This significant milestone not only transforms the lives of these graduates but also creates a ripple effect on their families and society as a whole. IDEMIA takes pride in uplifting the community and fostering a more equitable distribution of opportunities.
