At the occasion of the 15th Symposium and Exhibition on the ICAO Traveller Identification Programme (TRIP), which took place in Montréal last week, Isabelle Poulard, Public Security & Identity Business Unit at IDEMIA, presented the evolution of ID document fraud. She introduced a complete set of solutions to help governments fight against new threats that are emerging with the growing use of ID photo morphing techniques by fraudsters to obtain genuine documents at enrolment or forge lost or stolen ID cards or passports.
