Our commitment to making a positive global impact is embedded in our purpose: to unlock the world and make it safer. We are committed to fostering innovation that drives responsibility, inclusivity, and sustainability not only at IDEMIA but throughout our supply chain. To help us achieve these important goals, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, IMPACT, aims to re-define sustainable business through 17 priorities under 5 key pillars.
IDEMIA recognizes that a commitment to CSR must be enduring. Our long-term approach allows for continuous improvement with a readiness to adapt according to changes in legislation, trends, customer expectations, global crises, as well as social movements that we have a moral obligation to respond to and support. The success of our CSR efforts relies on the contributions of everyone at IDEMIA. With our IMPACT program, we are driving positive change across our business and every community in which we operate.
Since 2006, IDEMIA has supported the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. Our IMPACT program is closely aligned with 12 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
EcoVadis Platinum certification
IDEMIA’s CSR performance is annually assessed for progress and effectiveness.
IDEMIA was awarded Platinum certification in 2023 for the third consecutive year by EcoVadis, placing IDEMIA in the top 1% of participating companies in all industries.

As a responsible corporate citizen, we are committed to taking action to address our impacts while protecting the environment, supporting local populations, and bringing about positive changes to society. In more concrete terms, this means that we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by 25% by 2025, champion one group-wide community initiative per year, and monitor the sustainability performance of at least 80% of our key suppliers, among others.
